Lorenzo Nobilio is an award winning Chef with a successful track record in the upmarket Brisbane food scene. He completed his professional training with well known Australian Chef, Russell Armstrong at Tables of Toowong back in the 90’s. In 2010, Lorenzo opened up Mediterranean restaurant, Bistro Alegria in Park Road Milton. As Executive Chef, Lorenzo won The Savour Awards for Excellence, Best Tapas, in 2013 (QLD and National) and in 2014 Best Speciality Dining (QLD). In 2015, Lorenzo opened up hole-in-the-wall café, Ash+Monties at West End, which he has recently sold to embark on this new exciting project. Lorenzo currently owns and operates Osteria Epoca… An Italian restaurant and bar. Osteria Epoca was finalist for Best new Restaurant QLD. It continues to thrive and is a bustling suburban gem.
